Never got my order, customer service sucks. No one responds to my emails about my order and when it will be shipped, no talks to me about anything, no communication at all from the company, highly unprofessional. Don't bother buying from them at all basically a scam ! I placed my order on July 25th and nits it's August 14th I have multiple screenshots of me sending emails to them and they don't respond or communicate. Really just don't waste your money on a company that has no decency to respond to customers, basically a scam like it's crazy.

What an incredible device! Everything about this is awesome. The pineapple pods are delicious. First off, the scent. When you take out a new pod and smell, you’ll be amazed to find that it smells exactly like a pineapple slice. It doesn’t even smell like artificial flavor... just like the real thing. The flavor is great. After a couple of puffs, your lips faintly taste like a sweet pineapple, and I love that. The battery charges extremely quick, and the changing of pods couldn’t be easier. I was never a smoker/vaper. I essentially just wanted something without tobacco, nicotine, or harsh chemicals - just flavor - and this does just that! Water vapor and flavor is all it is. Can produce some pretty large clouds if you were wondering. LUU Support is extremely nice - I emailed them regarding a couple of orders. Very fast responses. They treat their customers right. Nothing negative I have to say about this product or company. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you LUU so much!!

Pineapple is my favorite fruit but pineapple makes my mouth burn for some reason (probably all the chemicals they spray on the fruit) so this is awesome because it tastes JUST like pineapple fruit!!!
